Water Practitioner Transformation – Problem Solving Potential
The UMCSAWM human resources development through postgraduate and short term training programs are with the objective of empowering the water practitioners with problem solving capability to fulfill the aspirations of a sustainable world for the future generations.
Each subject module teaches real life problem solving centered around the subjects covered in the module but influenced by other sectoral issues as well. The students of three intakes have carried out a large number of problem based learning issues under each module amounting to almost 500 in total. These cases provide a heap of guidance to other sustainable water resources managers. (To view the list of projects under each subject module please click here).
The summary shows the provision of guidance material and this itself is a huge impact on the confidence building of water resources infrastructure project developers.
